Martingale Collar Option
These collars are helpful for dogs that have heads that are smaller than their necks like greyhounds, whippets, pugs, Wheaton terriers, and Jack Russell terriers. When adjusted correctly the dog is never choked, but the collar stays snug around the dog's neck until the pressure is released. The collar works like this:

Loosen the collar diameter with the tri-glide and slide the collar around your dog's neck.
Tighten it up with the tri-glide to the correct size.
Attach your leash to the collar's D ring.
When the dog pulls, the loop up front on the collar will tighten so your dog cannot escape their collar.

How long does it take to complete an order?
Each Mimi Green product is made to order so please allow 10-12 business days to create your order. If it will be any longer than that, we will let you know.

How do I clean these custom collars & leashes?
We always use washable fabrics and suggest you wash them in the dishwasher or on the gentle cycle of your washing machine. Hang dry of course; as you would will all your own designer wear ;)

What if my customized collar is the wrong size?
If it is too big, Mimi Green can usually take it in a size. We ask that you measure your dog's collar length before you place your order to avoid any size frustrations. The fee for alterations to size is $9.

What if my dog accidentally pulls out some of the embroidery with his/her nails?
Mimi Green can make repairs on embroidered collars. The charge is between $6 and $9 depending on how badly the embroidery is pulled out.
